Our research is concerned with the directed control of mechanical instabilities to program shapes. In particular, I aim to imagine the future of additive manufacturing and soft robotics with this new set of tools

The project proposes to revisit the classic field of deployable structures in the light of the resent advent of mechanical meta-materials.
